Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Vastu Funda, we aim to provide our customers with reliable products, consultation services and Vedic Puja services. This policy explains the conditions applicable to cancellations and refunds.
- Product Orders
A customer may request cancellation of a product order before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If a product is received damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer should contact Vastu Funda as soon as possible after delivery with the order details and relevant photographs or other supporting information.
After verification, Vastu Funda may provide a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.
- Astrology and Vastu Consultation
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled or the consultation process has commenced.
If a consultation is cancelled by Vastu Funda, or if the consultation cannot be provided due to circumstances attributable to Vastu Funda, an alternative date or an appropriate refund may be offered.
Cancellation requests made by the customer before the consultation is scheduled may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Vedic Puja Services
Vedic Puja services involve advance planning, scheduling, Pandit arrangements, Puja materials and other preparations.
Once a Puja has been confirmed and preparations or arrangements have commenced, cancellation and refund eligibility may be limited.
Cancellation requests made before preparations have commenced may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If a Puja cannot be performed due to circumstances attributable to Vastu Funda, an alternative date may be offered or an appropriate refund may be considered.
- Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to the payment gateway and banking procedures.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway and the customer’s bank.
Applicable payment gateway, transaction, currency conversion or other non-refundable charges may be deducted where permitted.
- International Payments and Orders
International refunds are subject to applicable payment gateway rules, banking procedures, foreign exchange regulations and applicable laws.
Customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are generally the responsibility of the customer and may not be refundable by Vastu Funda.
- How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Customers requesting a cancellation or refund should contact Vastu Funda and provide:
- Customer Name
- Order ID or Payment Reference
- Product or Service Details
- Reason for the Request
- Supporting Information, where required
Each request will be reviewed according to this policy and the circumstances of the transaction.
